Compressor Lubricant
PAG(Polyether base oil)+POE(Polyol)+High performance compound additive
Product Introduction
Using fully synthetic PAG, POE and high-performance additives, it has excellent oxidation stability and high and low temperature stability, and there is very little carbon deposit and sludge generation. It provides good protection and excellent lubrication performance for the compressor. The working time under working conditions is 8000-12000 hours, which is especially suitable for Ingresoll Rand air compressors and other brands of high-temperature air compressors.
ACPL-516 Product Performance And Feature
● Good oxidation stability and high temperature stability which can extends life of compressor
● Extremely low volatility reduces maintenance and saves consuming costs
● High viscosity index and wide operating temperature
● Excellent lubricity can improve work efficiency and reduce operating costs
● Applicable temperature: 85℃-110℃
● Oil change cycle: 8000H, ≤95℃
Purpose
ACPL 516 is PAG and POE based full synthetic lubricant. It is economically valued for high end compressors,which make change time as long as 8000H under 95 degree. It is suitable for most of the global brands. Especially it is the perfect replacement for Ingersoll Rand original lubricant.
