PG Synth Gear FG is a polyglycol-based lubricant, primarily intended for use in extreme temperatures and loads. It is based on material certified for incidental food contact and is registered as H1. PG Synth Gear FG is recommended for spur gears and worm drives where longer replacement intervals and lower running temperatures are wanted. In continuous operation PG Synth Gear FG can be used in temperatures between 248 – 392 ºF; 120 – 200 ºC. It can be used for lubricating of sprockets, sliding surfaces and roller bearings and other high temperature applications, especially with ISO 320 – 680
