Product Introduction
Perfluoropolyether series vacuum pump oil is safe and non-toxic, thermal stability, extreme high temperature resistance, non-combustibility, chemical stability, excellent lubricity; suitable for high temperature, high load, strong chemical corrosion, strong oxidation in harsh environments Lubrication requirements, suitable for occasions where general hydrocarbon ester lubricants cannot meet the application requirements. Contains ACPL-PFPE VAC 25/6; ACPL-PFPE VAC 16/6; ACPL-PFPE DET; ACPL-PFPE D02 and other common products.
ACPL-PFPE product performance and advantages
● Good high and low temperature lubrication performance, wide operating temperature range.
● Good chemical resistance, anti-corrosion, excellent lubrication and anti-wear performance.
● Better low volatility; low oil separation rate, non-combustibility: no explosion with high-pressure oxygen.
● Low vapor pressure, good oxidation resistance and airtightness.
● Good thermal stability, better water and steam resistance, good low temperature resistance; increased safety and reliability, and longer service life.
Scope of application
● Sealing lubricants for dry oil-free screw vacuum pumps, rotary vane pumps, turbomolecular pumps, Roots pumps, and diffusion pumps.
● Vacuum hydrogen inspection industry.
● Used for high-efficiency and long-life lubrication of products.
● Used for long-term lubrication required by high and low temperature bottles.
● Chemical environment and high-demand special lubrication and protection.
Precautions
● During storage and use, the mixing of impurities and moisture should be prevented.
● Do not mix with other oils.
● When changing oil, dispose of waste oil in accordance with local laws and regulations, and do not discharge it into sewers, soil or rivers.
